MILLVILLE – Residents have been evacuated from several blocks around the Little Fishing Creek Area Swimming Pool after a chlorine leak was discovered Thursday morning.

A worker at the pool discovered the leak around 10 a.m. coming from a pump in the pump house, officials said.

The leak was contained to the pump house, however the Millville Community Fire Company and Hemlock Township Police evacuated the surrounding areas from the Millville Area School District buildings to Dog Gone Fuel on Route 42.

No injuries have been reported.
