HARRISBURG -- Police are still looking for a man they believe had a hand in the Frank Spencer murder, as well as two arson fires that preceded it. Anthony Rocco Franklin, 72, the father of Spencer ex-wife Maria Sanutti-Spencer, will be charged in those crimes today, but remains on the lam, law enforcement officials say.
