Schools start to issue early dismissals

With winter weather coming tonight, the following area schools have issued early dismissals according to WNEP.com:
• Berwick Area - after-school events cancelled
• Bloomsburg Area - after-school events cancelled
• Danville Area - two-hour early dismissal
• Mount Carmel - junior/senior high school 12:20; elementary school 1:20
• Northwest - middle school/high school 1 p.m.; elementary, 2 p.m., no evening activities
• North Schuylkill - high school 12:30 p.m.; elementary, 1:30 p.m., no evening activities
• Southern Columbia - all schools dismissing at 1:30 p.m., no evening activities
