HEARING NOTICE CODE APPEALS HEARING NOTICE The Code Appeals Board of the Borough of Berwick will conduct a public hearing at City Hall, 1800 North Market Street, Berwick, PA, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to consider and possibly take action on the following: Hearing No. 1 will be on the application of B-Line Storage, LLC-Ryan Beishline, 406 B Yost Hollow Road, Berwick, PA 18603 for an appeal of Section 302.1, of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, for failure to keep the property in a safe condition. Property owner has installed a road salt bin, containing road salt, on the exterior of property which creates an unsafe condition for motorists and property owners. Said property is located at 206 N Orchard Street, Berwick, PA 18603. All hearings will be heard in their assigned numerical order. MEETING NOTICE The Danville Borough Council will have a special meeting at 5:45pm on May 21 at the Municipal Building, 463 Mill Street, Danville PA. Danville Borough Council intends to adopt an ordinance at this meeting. The ordinance shall amend Chapter 260, Attachment 2 Schedule I, Residential District Use Regulations and add a definition for principal use. The proposed ordinance is available for public review at the Borough Building, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 3:30pm, from now until adopted.
